Accounting Manager

Salary: The position offers a salary up to $120,000 plus bonus, along with three weeks of vacation.

We are seeking a hands‑on Accounting Manager to lead core accounting functions, ensure financial accuracy, and support a growing organization through process improvements and system utilization.

• Oversee general accounting operations including month‑end close and financial reporting
• Utilize Sage Intacct to manage and streamline accounting processes
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support decision‑making
• Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster a strong team environment
• Leverage advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and process improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proven experience in a hands‑on accounting leadership role
• Experience with Sage Intacct strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and strong technical aptitude
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team‑oriented culture
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a resourceful mindset
