Staff Accountant

All Airs Home Services is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our growing team in Kennesaw, GA.

$28.00 - $31.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

• Full‑time On Site
• Monday–Friday
• Day shift

• Maintain general ledger accounts and reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with monthly close.
• Support month‑end and year‑end financial reporting.
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Partner with the General Manager to review financial results and provide accounting support.
• Support payroll accounting and related reconciliations.
• Prepare audit and tax support schedules.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in HVAC, home services, construction, or trades is a plus.
