Responsibilities
- Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Participate in month‑end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis.
- Support financial reporting requirements for Assa Abloy by loading One Stream (global consolidation tool) and ensuring proper account and department level mappings are accurate.
- Perform bank transactions and account reconciliations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- CPA designation preferred.
- Progressive accounting experience supporting general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with ERP and accounting systems, preferably Net Suite.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and financial analysis tools.
