A growing professional services organization is seeking a hands-on, team-oriented Senior Accountant who is independent, resourceful, and highly collaborative. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations, leverage Sage Intacct, and contribute to accurate financial reporting while partnering closely with leadership. This is an immediate hiring need as the company continues to experience strong growth. This position is based in Kennesaw, GA with a hybrid schedule of four days in-office and one day remote.

The company is expanding and needs a strong accounting professional to support continued success and scalable financial processes. The position offers a salary up to $120,000 plus bonus, along with three weeks of vacation.

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to support core accounting functions, ensure financial accuracy, and assist a growing organization through process improvements and system utilization. Key responsibilities include assisting with general accounting operations including month-end close and financial reporting, utilizing Sage Intacct to manage and streamline accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, partnering with leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making, collaborating with team members to foster a strong team environment, and leveraging advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, proven experience in a hands-on accounting role, experience with Sage Intacct strongly preferred, advanced Excel skills and strong technical aptitude, ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture, and strong problem-solving skills and a resourceful mindset.
