Shift: 7 AM - 4 PM | Monday - Friday

You know what we need before we even ask. That's your superpower. As a Distribution Administrative Assistant in Canton, you're the mind reader of the office, organizing, anticipating, and handling every detail before it hits the radar. You keep things smooth, stress-free, and totally on point.

What It Takes to Run the Show.

• Experience matters. 3 years of manufacturing admin experience.
• Detail-driven. You spot what others miss and always double-check.
• Tech confident. Comfortable with Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Positive and dependable. You bring good vibes and great follow-through.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP is highly preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing or automotive logistics.
• Physical requirements. Able to lift 50 lbs.

From Clock In to Clock Out.
Data Entry & Reporting: Perform regular data entry, analysis, and maintain computer records. Logistics Support: Handle freight scheduling and delivery processing/posting. Administrative Duties: Maintain files, generate reports, and assist with or manage logistics-related tasks. Communication: Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, or clients.
