Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.
Department InformationDEPARTMENT SPECIFIC TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Knowledge of or ability to learn specialized University systems used to support departmental operations, including event management, registration, compliance, and record-keeping systems Able to recognize and protect confidential information and exercise judgment, tact, and diplomacy in handling sensitive information and situations
- Able to successfully interact with a community comprised of individuals and groups from an array of backgrounds, experiences, and communication styles
- Able to work as a contributing member in a team-oriented environment, successfully interacting with internal and external colleagues and partners
- Able to learn and adapt to new technologies, systems, and processes
Performs administrative, clerical and office support responsibilities. Supports assigned leaders, departments and/or units.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
High School diploma or equivalent
Required ExperienceOne (1) year of related administrative, office or clerical experience
Preferred Qualifications AdditionalPreferred Qualifications
- Experience providing administrative support for large teams
- Previous experience in higher education
An undergraduate or advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field
