Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144.
Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.
Job SummaryResponsible for ensuring drivers comply with University parking policies and local laws on the Kennesaw and Marietta campuses. Patrols campus and remote parking facilities for parking compliance and issues driving/parking citations.
Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIESHigh School diploma or equivalent
OtherRequired Qualifications
Current, valid and unrestricted driver's license
Required ExperienceThree (3) years relevant work experience in parking, events, transit, operations, or customer service
Preferred QualificationsPreferred Experience
Previous experience in higher education and parking operations preferred
Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesAble to handle multiple tasks or projects at one time meeting assigned deadlines
KNOWLEDGE- Familiarity with LPR software
- Knowledge of local and University parking ordinances
Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, independent judgment, technology, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management and presentation skills
Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e. Microsoft Office suite)
Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
Strong customer service skills and phone and e-mail etiquette
