Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Permit Coordinator/Expeditor with CAD support experience for residential construction. This full-time position is based on-site at our Kennesaw, GA office. Responsibilities include managing permit applications, coordinating with local permitting authorities, maintaining organized records, and ensuring compliance with building codes. The role also involves effective communication with customers and municipalities, scheduling inspections, and providing CAD support to assist with construction plans and designs.
Qualifications- Experience with Permit Applications and knowledge of Building Permits processes
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and regulatory agencies
- Prior experience coordinating Inspections and ensuring compliance with construction regulations
- Familiarity with CAD software for creating and modifying construction-related drawings
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in an on-site setting and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience in residential construction or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
