—and we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who embodies that same standard.

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Senior Construction Project Manager. This position will lead the execution of multiple construction projects and programs from pre‑construction through closeout. This role is client‑facing and critical to ensuring successful delivery, coordination, and financial performance across projects. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, supervising project progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards. This role also involves liaising with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related.
  • Experience in multi‑site or program‑based projects.
  • 7–12+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and overseeing financial aspects of construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, permitting, and contractor management.
  • Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, implementation, and risk mitigation.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel (as needed for projects nationwide).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously (multi‑site preferred).
  • Lead projects from pre‑construction, permitting, and bidding through execution and closeout
    .
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting.
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
    .
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide regular updates, forecasts, and issue resolution.
Construction Oversight
  • Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Oversee quality control, site progress, and compliance
    .
  • Conduct site visits and ensure adherence to Buildrite standards.
Financial & Risk Management
  • Manage project budgets, change orders, and cost controls.
  • Identify risks early and proactively implement solutions.
  • Ensure projects are delivered profitably.
Process & Program Execution
  • Support program‑level initiatives such as rollouts and capital programs.
  • Implement best practices, playbooks, and reporting systems.
