They lead our crews, drive production, uphold our safety and quality standards, and build strong relationships with the customers and teams we work alongside every day.

We're currently looking for an experienced Superintendent who takes ownership of the work, leads confidently in the field, and knows how to keep complex concrete projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

This role is built for a hands-on leader who can plan ahead, solve problems, develop people, and make sound decisions in fast-paced construction environments. You'll work closely with Project Managers, field teams, subcontractors, and customers to coordinate resources, manage day-to-day operations, and deliver high-quality concrete construction from start to finish.

If you take pride in building strong teams, solving challenges in the field, and delivering work you can stand behind, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Direct and manage all field operations, with overall responsibility for safety, production, and quality.
  • Uphold and champion the highest safety standards for your team and any subcontractors on-site, creating a culture where safety is paramount.
  • Serve as a key point of contact with client representatives, discussing project status, resolving issues, and ensuring clear communication.
  • Supervise all field personnel, providing leadership and training to develop a highly skilled workforce.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop project plans, manage budgets, and update schedules to meet key milestones.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, order necessary materials and tools, and ensure project specifications are met.
  • Maintain essential field documentation, including daily reports, time recording, and safety inspections.
  • Communicate effectively with other superintendents and internal teams to coordinate resources and project needs.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate:

  • Is a confident field leader who takes ownership and accountability for project performance.
  • Has strong knowledge of concrete construction means, methods, sequencing, and field operations.
  • Can effectively lead crews while maintaining high expectations for safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Thinks ahead, anticipates challenges, and makes sound decisions in fast-moving construction environments.
  • Approaches field challenges with a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Communicates directly and professionally with field teams, Project Managers, subcontractors, customers, and General Contractors.
  • Builds strong working relationships and understands the importance of customer service throughout the project.
  • Can effectively delegate responsibilities while maintaining accountability for overall field performance.
  • Is organized and capable of coordinating multiple priorities, resources, and project demands.
  • Leads by example and takes pride in developing strong, high-performing field teams.

  • Strong technical knowledge of concrete construction and field operations.
  • Proven ability to read, interpret, and work from construction drawings and project specifications.
  • Demonstrated experience leading field personnel and coordinating subcontractors.
  • Strong communication, leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, employees, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Ability and flexibility to work overtime, weekends, nights, or adjusted schedules based on project demands.

Preferred Qualifications

  • OSHA certification.
  • TCA or ACI certification.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
