Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual, detail-oriented, and organized service coordinator to take incoming calls and help facilitate the dispatch of our service professionals to people in need. In this role, it’s your responsibility to carefully listen to each caller, obtain vital information over the phone, take note of the schedules of technicians and other service professionals, and swiftly respond to the request.
You must ensure that a service team attends to each customer in a timely manner and maintain organized notes and accurate records of all calls in our database.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong technical skills (IT, security cameras, etc.), communication and multitasking skills. Other duties may include basic troubleshooting, data entry, and working reports. A successful Service Dispatcher will remain calm under pressure, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our clients.
Responsibilities- Answer a high volume of calls, listening intently to the caller's information
- Dispatch the appropriate service professionals to the job site
- Schedule service appointments as needed
- Discuss new technology and services with the client
- Handling incomplete service calls
- Following up on service calls
Schedule return trips when parts are in - Other duties as assigned
- Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
- Technical support: 1 year (Required) with experience in security cameras preferred
- Call center: 1 year (Required)
- Computer Skills including MS Office software
- Ability to work in fast‑paced team‑oriented environment
- Excellent personal organization and relationship skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass a drug screening
- Clean background check
The job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and multi‑purpose machines. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Expected Hours/Travel: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. with 1 hour lunch break Monday to Friday.
