Steamboat Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist with customer complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other inquiries, upholding high quality service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
The role will handle inbound calls for lender relationships, obtain proof of coverage, verify insurance details, and support OSC/LSC queues plus other duties. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
