Job Summary

Provide exceptional customer service by serving as the primary point of contact for customers regarding freight shipments, delivery schedules, and transportation services. Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate communication while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries regarding shipments and deliveries.
• Enter, update, and track customer orders using transportation management software.
• Coordinate with dispatch and drivers to provide shipment status updates.
• Resolve customer concerns, service issues, and delivery discrepancies promptly and professionally.
• Process shipping documents, bills of lading, and customer records accurately.
• Maintain accurate customer information and detailed records of all interactions.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Assist with scheduling pickups, deliveries, and special customer requests.
• Support billing inquiries and provide documentation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
