Service Support Specialist

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Job Description:

• Manage the daily operations of the Customer Care Department to ensure excellent customer service and efficient support.
• Provide technical support for lawn and garden equipment, including troubleshooting, warranty assistance, and repair guidance.
• Serve as the primary contact for third-party service centers, distributors, and customer care partners.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, repair guides, IPLs, and owner's manuals.
• Support team performance, process improvements, and operational goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Identify product issues and collaborate with manufacturing teams to improve product quality and service support.

Experience Needed:

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience supporting hard goods, power equipment, lawn and garden products, or similar industries.
• Familiarity with warranty administration and service network management.
• Experience creating technical documentation, repair guides, and SOPs.
• Inventory management or parts support experience.
