Pearson Peterbilt Group in Georgia is hiring a Service Advisor to be the front-line contact for customers in our busy service bays. You will diagnose issues, prepare repair orders, schedule work, communicate clearly with customers, and secure authorization and payments.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years in a dealership, basic truck knowledge, and strong written and spoken communication. Sales experience is a plus, and overtime may apply.
