Job Summary
Needed Immediately:
Customer Service Representative in Kennesaw, GA. Daily business functions for a manufacturing company providing equipment and supplies to both domestic and international suppliers and manufacturers.
- Minimum 2
-5 years business experience – Manufacturing experience preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Sage 100 Software experience (or other comparable)
- Hub Spot CRM experience is a plus
- Must have ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow
- Strong interpersonal skills – “Customer Focused”
- Strong attention to details and high organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Order entry, Quoting, RMA’s, and Invoicing (print, mail, online, credit card)
- Sales Support and Record Maintenance of customer transactions
- Direct interfacing with customers/prospects by phone and email
- All aspects of A/R functions
