Job SummaryKennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a one-semester (spring), full-time, non-tenure track, Limited Term Assistant Professor of Management faculty position in the Department of Management, Entrepreneurship, and Hospitality for the Executive MBA Programs with a preferred start date of January 2026. This position has the possibility of renewal based on performance and program needs. This position is for work to be performed in the state of Georgia.
Responsibilities- Teaching graduate courses in the areas of Team Management, Operations Management, General Management, Human Resources, Coaching, and Personal Development.
- Serve as a faculty team lead for course delivery, including collaboration with instructional faculty, oversight of the student experience, and coordination with program staff.
Teaching assignments will be based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines.
Required Qualifications- A Terminal/Doctorate degree, or the foreign equivalent, in Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required at the time of hire.
- A minimum of 10 years of recent management or consultant-level business experience, reflecting the educator-practitioner nature of this position.
- Experience teaching in face-to-face, online, and hybrid formats.
- Experience teaching at the graduate level.
