Coordinates and oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of academic programs and projects. Manages study sessions, develops course materials, and fosters an interactive learning environment. Acts as liaison between faculty, students, and departments to ensure alignment with course objectives.
Responsibilities- Manages the design, implementation, and execution of academic programs, research projects, and additional initiatives.
- Leads instructional sessions, facilitating collaborative learning environments.
- Designs and implements instructional materials, study guides, and practice problems tailored to specific courses.
- Ensures delivery of high‑quality programs that meet the needs of students and instructors, adjusting course content as necessary.
- Acts as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders regarding all aspects of program activities.
- Promotes the program to students and faculty through class announcements, emails, and other communication channels.
- Participates in campus events, workshops, or webinars to increase awareness of the program and its benefits.
- Designates external locations for field experiences, internships, and alternative course delivery venues.
- Projects enrollment numbers, revenue, and expenses for the program.
- Coordinates the activities of staff, instructors, and student assistants as necessary for program success.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field
Required ExperienceFive (5) years of related experience

- Able to deal with multiple tasks or projects at one time and meet assigned deadlines
- Knowledge of management principles and practices
- Participates in program‑related associations, memberships, and educational partnerships
- Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem‑solving, independent judgment, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management, and presentation skills
- Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (Microsoft Office suite)
- Strong attention to detail and follow‑up skills
- Strong customer service skills and phone and e‑mail etiquette
