Job Responsibilities ) Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144.

Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Job Summary

Provides support to leadership, coaches, staff and students within the Athletics Department.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provides a wide variety of administrative and clerical duties related to athletics

2. Provides support to assigned unit, staff, coaching staff, student-athletes, or external partners

3. May assist with set up and breakdown of on and off-campus events and promotions

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent

Other

Required Qualifications

May required a current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license

Required Experience

One (1) year of related experience

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Educational Qualifications

An undergraduate or advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in higher education or athletics administrative support

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

ABILITIES

Complies with all NCAA, conference, State of Georgia and university policies, rules, and regulations

Able to handle multiple tasks or projects at one-time meeting assigned deadlines

SKILLS

Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem-solving, independent judgment, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management, and presentation skills

Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e. Microsoft Office suite)

Strong attention to detail and follow up skills

Strong customer service skills and phone and e-mail etiquette
