Regular/Temporary: Regular

• Teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses in literacy education.
• Collaborating with program and literacy faculty.
• Supervising student teaching and/or clinical placements.
• Gathering and scoring necessary assessment data for accreditation purposes.
• Participating in faculty meetings, program meetings and literacy meetings.

• A Terminal/Doctorate degree, or the foreign equivalent, in Literacy or Reading Education or a closely related field with at least 18 hours of relevant literacy or reading graduate semester hours.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a K-5 teacher.
• Experience, expertise or focused training in the Science of Reading.

• University teaching experience.
• Online teaching experience.
