Childcare Assistant Director – The Sunshine House

Full‑time position located in Kennesaw, GA (remote options available).

You will help manage daily operations, ensure compliance with state licensing and company policies, perform administrative duties, tour families, support teachers, and maintain positive relationships.

• Oversee daily operations of the childcare school.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and company policies.
• Perform administrative duties and maintain records.
• Lead tours for prospective families.
• Partner with families to provide quality care and education.
• Support teachers in implementing curriculum and create developmentally appropriate classrooms.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing representatives, and the community.
• Assist in the classroom when needed.

• Minimum of an associate’s degree in early childhood education (TCC/CDA) or related field.
• Two years’ experience as an Assistant Director preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• At least 21 years old.
• Passion for high‑quality care and education.

$17–$19 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on additional education, performance, and service.
