Lead Preschool Teacher

We are are looking for a passionate and experienced Pre-School teacher (3-4 year-olds) to join our amazing team of professionals. Lead teachers must have a degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Family and Child Development and at least 2 years experience in an ECE classroom.

• Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents
• Create activities that are fun and educational for the children while following our curriculum and working with our curriculum director
• Collaborate with our Academic Director when developing lesson plans based on our curriculum.
• Manage day-to-day classroom activities, including structured lessons, free play, bathroom breaks, lunchtime and rest time for students

This is a 12 month, full-time position.

A Pre-School teacher must have a great love for children. Qualifications needed to teach them effectively include knowledge of best practices and preschool educational methods as well as the ability to engage the children and earn their trust and attention.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans and activities. Must maintain a clean and organized classroom. The teacher must be loving, caring, clean, dependable, creative, punctual, have strong work ethics, exhibit strong classroom management skills, and possess a genuine concern and love for children. Candidate must have good written and oral communication skills and the ability to establish a positive relationship with parents and children.
