The School of Accountancy prepares professionals to apply business understanding, interpersonal skills, and accounting expertise to move organizations forward. We connect theory and practice at all levels of education, research, and community engagement. Job Summary

Kennesaw State University is accepting applications for a pool of open rank, part-time and limited term faculty positions in the Department of the School of Accountancy for the  academic year. Positions are on an as-needed, semester-by-semester basis. Rank is determined at hire and will be commensurate with credentials. Work will be performed in the state of Georgia.

Responsibilities
  • Teaching undergraduate courses in business law review.
  • Teach in a traditional classroom setting and/or online.

Teaching assignments will be based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines.

Required Qualifications
  • Juris Doctorate or higher, or its foreign equivalent, at the time of hire
  • Member in good standing with a State Bar Association
  • Demonstrated ability to teach Business Law at the undergraduate and/or graduate level
  • At least five (5) years of practical Business Law experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Qualified to also teach tax (CPA/LLM)
