Part–time and Limited–Term Faculty Positions – Business Law
Position type:
Part–time, limited term; semester‑by‑semester. Rank determined upon hire and commensurate with credentials. Positions for the 2025–2026 academic year.
Location:
Kennesaw campus – 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144 (state of Georgia).
- Teach undergraduate Business Law Review courses.
- Deliver instruction in a traditional classroom setting and/or online, as needed.
- Juris Doctorate or higher (or foreign equivalent) at time of hire.
- Member in good standing with a State Bar Association.
- Demonstrated ability to teach Business Law at the undergraduate and/or graduate level.
- At least five (5) years of Practical Business Law experience.
- Qualified to also teach tax (CPA or LLM).
