Responsible for assisting in the management of the assignedcomprehensive recreational program including the daily operations.

• 1. Responsible for assisting with assigned program and daily operations
• 2. Assists in supervising the program staff including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, training, and evaluation
• 3. Assists with the organization and administration of programs and special events
• 4. Supports the assigned program as an instructor and assist in maintaining all program spaces and/or equipment
• 5. Assesses the success and effectiveness of the assigned programsvia solicitation for patron feedback, surveys, comment cards, andev

• Educational Requirements
  High school diploma or equivalent
• Required Experience
  Collegiate recreation experience in assigned program

• Preferred Educational Qualifications
  An undergraduate or advanced degree from an accredited institutionof higher education in a related field

ABILITIES

• Able to work a varied work schedule to include nights and weekendsis essential and expected
• Able to handle multiple tasks or projects at one time meetingassigned deadlines
• Ability to work with a diverse group

SKILLS

• Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem solving,independent judgment, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management and presentation skills
• Proficient with computer applications and programs associated withthe position (i.e. Microsoft Office suite)
• Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
• Strong customer service skills and phone and e-mail etiquette
