Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144.

Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Responsible for assisting in the management of the assigned comprehensive recreational program including the daily operations.

• Responsible for assisting with assigned program and daily operations
• Assists in supervising the program staff including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, training, and evaluation
• Assists with the organization and administration of programs and special events
• Supports the assigned program as an instructor and assist in maintaining all program spaces and/or equipment
• Assesses the success and effectiveness of the assigned programs via solicitation for patron feedback, surveys, comment cards, and ev

High school diploma or equivalent

Collegiate recreation experience in assigned program

An undergraduate or advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field

• Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
• Able to work a varied work schedule to include nights and weekends is essential and expected
• Able to handle multiple tasks or projects at one time meeting assigned deadlines
• Ability to work with a diverse group

• Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, independent judgment, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management and presentation skills
• Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e. Microsoft Office suite)
• Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
• Strong customer service skills and phone and e-mail etiquette
