- Support business development efforts by providing technical expertise in client meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with private developers, municipalities, and infrastructure clients.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- 12 years of geotechnical engineering experience, with a strong focus on technical leadership.
- Expertise in foundation design, soil mechanics, slope stability, and site investigations.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical reviews.
- Excellent communication skills for both internal team collaboration and client interactions.
