Join a specialized team focusing on steam, power, pulp & paper, chemical, and pharmaceutical sectors. This role supports both engineering and construction scheduling using Primavera P6. Ideal candidates bring 5-10 years of experience in industrial construction-not career job hoppers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage schedules using Primavera P6 across engineering and construction phases
- Optimize project timelines with input from design, supply chain, and construction teams
- Lead monthly update meetings, track performance metrics, and prepare detailed schedule reports
- Collaborate with BI team to incorporate productivity data into scheduling decisions
- Support proposal and claims analysis, lessons learned, and process improvements
- Travel for site reviews as needed
- Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management
- 5+ years in Project Controls
- Proven success managing complex schedules in heavy industrial settings
- Expert in Primavera P6
Skills:
- Experience with 4D scheduling, Power BI, SQL, Insight Estimating (Hard Dollar), Acumen Fuse
- Strong communication and leadership skills
