The Staff Structural Analysis Engineer oversees large‑scale aerospace projects, integrating deep technical knowledge with advanced project management to ensure structural integrity and client satisfaction. With responsibility for stakeholder engagement, risk assessment, and validation of complex models, this role influences both technical outcomes and business objectives. - Oversee the technical aspects of large‑scale aerospace projects from concept development through validation and production support.
- Develop, review, and optimize complex engineering designs and systems.
- Interface with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements to ensure alignment on technical objectives, schedules, and deliverables.
- Review and approve technical drawings and documentation.
- Lead technical risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the development and validation of comprehensive finite element models (FEM) for large‑scale projects.

- 10–14 years of relevant experience in aerospace engineering, structural analysis, finite element modeling, or related engineering disciplines.
