Harmon, Inc. is seeking a Preconstruction 3D Modeler to support the design, estimating, and development for complex facade and glazing projects using Rhino 3D. You will create accurate models to aid in quantity takeoffs and pricing strategy.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the AEC industry, a minimum of a 2-year degree in Engineering Technology, and proficiency in CAD technologies. A competitive benefits package is offered, alongside a compensation range of $31.73/hr - $41.82/hr.
