Geotechnical Engineer Position
Conduct peer reviews of geotechnical reports, proposals, and designs to ensure accuracy and best practices. Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure high-quality project execution. Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation. Lead training sessions and technical discussions to enhance team capabilities. Evaluate proposals, scopes of work, and methodologies to optimize geotechnical solutions. Collaborate with department managers and project managers to refine geotechnical strategies and deliverables.
Support business development efforts by providing technical expertise in client meetings. Maintain strong relationships with private developers, municipalities, and infrastructure clients.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) 12 years of geotechnical engineering experience, with a strong focus on technical leadership. Expertise in foundation design, soil mechanics, slope stability, and site investigations. Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical reviews. Excellent communication skills for both internal team collaboration and client interactions.
