TK Accelis Materials is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our Manufacturing Engineering function and drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost across our operations.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building engineering capability, leading capital and continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring our manufacturing processes are scalable and aligned with growth.
What You’ll Do- Lead and develop a team of Manufacturing & Process Engineers
- Drive Lean, OEE, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Improve throughput, reduce scrap, downtime, and overall cost
- Oversee process development, standardization, and equipment performance
- Lead capital projects (equipment selection, installation, commissioning)
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI), APQP, and PPAP readiness
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain
- Ensure strong safety culture and regulatory compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related)
- 8-10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- 3-5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing & continuous improvement
- Experience with capital projects and process optimization
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
- Experience in fabrication/manufacturing environments
- APQP, PPAP, and multi-site experience
