The Principal Structural Analysis Engineer serves as the foremost technical authority on aerospace structural integrity, helping to set the strategic direction for the organization's most critical and complex programs. Principal Engineers influence organizational strategy, cultivate high‑performing engineering culture, and serve as key ambassadors for the company's reputation in the global aerospace industry.

- Define the technical vision and engineering strategy for the most complex, high‑visibility aerospace structural programs across the organization.
- Serve as the technical authority and escalation point for structural analysis challenges, design decisions, and validation frameworks.
- Drive the development and continuous improvement of enterprise‑wide engineering standards, methodologies, and best practices for structural analysis and finite element modeling.
- Partner with executive leadership to align engineering capabilities with organizational strategy, business development, and client growth objectives.
- Lead cross‑functional and multidisciplinary engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Establish and oversee governance frameworks for review, approval, and quality assurance of technical drawings, analysis reports, and program deliverables.
- Represent the company as a subject matter expert in client engagements, proposals, and industry forums, reinforcing the organization's reputation as a leader in aerospace structural analysis.
- Identify, assess, and drive resolution of high‑consequence technical risks across programs; develop enterprise mitigation strategies for structural integrity concerns.
- Promote the adoption of advanced computational tools, simulation technologies, and emerging methods in FEM and structural analysis.
- Mentor and develop junior, senior and staff engineers, building organizational depth and succession within the structural analysis discipline.
- Contribute to talent strategy, including hiring, performance evaluation, and career development of senior technical staff.
