Responsibilities
  • Define the technical vision and engineering strategy for the most complex, high‑visibility aerospace structural programs across the organization.
  • Serve as the technical authority and escalation point for structural analysis challenges, design decisions, and validation frameworks.
  • Drive the development and continuous improvement of enterprise‑wide engineering standards, methodologies, and best practices for structural analysis and finite element modeling.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align engineering capabilities with organizational strategy, business development, and client growth objectives.
  • Lead cross‑functional and multidisciplinary engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and oversee governance frameworks for review, approval, and quality assurance of technical drawings, analysis reports, and program deliverables.
  • Represent the company as a subject matter expert in client engagements, proposals, and industry forums, reinforcing the organization's reputation as a leader in aerospace structural analysis.
  • Identify, assess, and drive resolution of high‑consequence technical risks across programs; develop enterprise mitigation strategies for structural integrity concerns.
  • Promote the adoption of advanced computational tools, simulation technologies, and emerging methods in FEM and structural analysis.
  • Mentor and develop junior, senior and staff engineers, building organizational depth and succession within the structural analysis discipline.
  • Contribute to talent strategy, including hiring, performance evaluation, and career development of senior technical staff.
