ONSITE Aerospace Manufacturing MBSE in Marietta, GA (12 mos+ project)

• Must be available to support Swing Shift: M-Th 4pm-2:30am

• MSCS/BSCS degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferable:
  Master’s degree or coursework in
  Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) or Systems Engineering.
• 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in Aerospace, Avionics, DoD
  , or high tech hardware
  .
• 5+ years of experience of the Systems Engineering
• 3+ years of experience with Model Based Engineering (MBSE) using either: CAMEO/Magic Draw, SysML, Enterprise Architect (EA), and/or DOORS
• Influencing decisions without formal authority (technical lead on design reviews, process improvement initiatives)).
• Understanding of the Systems Engineering V Model, requirements flow down, and verification & validation (V&V) processes.

• Performs in a collaborative environment to develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, fabrication, and
  material handling.
• Drives adoption of new technologies and processes (automation, robotics, computer aided manufacturing software, etc.) to achieve greater efficiency, cost reduction and quality improvement.
• MBSE experience creates and analyzes 3D based model data environment to optimize manufacturing process digital work instructions
  .
• Leverages understanding of materials and automatic processes to define operations procedures and build sequences to drive operational excellence.
• Evaluates performance (including IoT devices, etc.) of equipment and tools to verify their efficiency and investigates and initiates corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure operational excellence.
• Leverages factory data to develop statistical process control approaches and integrates reporting and data analytics solutions for continuous improvement.
• Provides input to product design regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
