Our Client, a Japanese Sporting Goods Manufacturer, is looking for a Financial Manager.

Industry: Sporting Goods Manufacturer

Salary: 90-110k Base + Benefits Package

• Lead and coordinate responses to external and internal financial audits
  , including statutory audits.
• Manage and support group consolidated financial statement audits
  , ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Prepare annual budget proposals and provide regular financial and accounting reports to the General Manager (GM).
• Monitor, analyze, and report key accounting and financial data to support management decision-making.
• Develop and maintain transfer pricing policies and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
• Oversee cash flow management
  , including forecasting and monitoring liquidity.
• Manage and control purchase orders and procurement activities in alignment with cash flow planning.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and overseas group entities as required.

• Solid knowledge of Accounting, Finance, and Taxation
  .
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  , including data analysis and financial modeling.
• Strong ability to analyze financial data and translate insights into clear management reports.
• Basic understanding of international trade / import–export operations and related accounting processes.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with management and group companies.
