Tatum is seeking an operationally-focused Interim CFO for an industrial manufacturer. This is a critical hands‑on leadership role requiring a candidate who can maintain daily financial discipline. • Daily Financial Operations: Take full ownership of the daily accounting function, ensuring accuracy and integrity across the general ledger and operational spend.
• High‑Velocity Close: Lead and execute month‑end close process, providing timely and accurate financial reporting to corporate leadership.
• Strategic Partnership: Serve as the financial "co‑pilot" to the VP, providing data‑driven insights to drive Sales, Operating Profit, and Free Cash Flow.
• Planning & Analysis: Manage the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and lead the monthly cadence of pulse forecasting and variance analysis.
• Compliance & Controls: Ensure strict adherence to GAAP and Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) requirements, maintaining a robust internal control environment.
• Working Capital Management: Drive free cash flow conversion through meticulous management of inventory and accounts receivable.

• Experience: 10+ years of financial leadership in a manufacturing or service organization.
• Public Company Background: Deep expertise in US GAAP and SOX compliance is required.

• Education: BS in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Local: Ability to work 100% on‑site in the Kennesaw, GA area.
