Overview
We are looking for an experienced Spanish-speaking Loan Officer Assistant to join our team at US Mortgage Corporation in Kennesaw, GA. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of the loan process from start to finish and have the ability to communicate with borrowers and agents in Spanish.
Responsibilities- Work directly with customers to clear underwriting conditions and ensure a smooth, on-time closing.
- Communicate with borrowers and agents in Spanish.
- Utilize knowledge of the loan process from start to finish to support the loan process.
- Spanish language ability.
- Knowledge of the loan process from start to finish.
- Interest in working in the mortgage industry and strong communication skills in Spanish.
