Annual Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 (Base + Monthly Production Bonus). The role is a full‑time Mortgage Loan Representative.

• Guide loan officers through the pre‑qualification process with confidence and accuracy.
• Review loan documents to ensure they meet internal guidelines.
• Prepare and submit files for disclosures and underwriting approval.
• Communicate clearly with brokers, loan officers, and internal teams.
• Stay organized and manage a high volume of loans efficiently.
• Learn about mortgage lending procedures from the ground up.
• Work independently to solve problems while gaining support from the team.

• Base Salary: $45,000 – $55,000.
