This position requires regular onsite presence at our Kennesaw, GA location. Candidates must currently reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Kennesaw, GA.

The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions of the company. This position will provide critical insights to drive strategic decision-making, optimize financial performance, and ensure the company’s continued growth in the engineering, construction, and manufacturing sectors.

The ideal candidate will have financial analysis experience within a manufacturing, engineering, construction, or project-based environment, with demonstrated experience analyzing project costs, budgets, forecasts, variances, and profitability.

The successful candidate will bring advanced Excel and strong SQL/database skills, along with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial and operational data. Experience with manufacturing cost analysis, project/job costing, WIP, cost-to-complete analysis, or engineering/construction project financial performance is highly valued.
