Role Description

This is a part‑time on‑site role for a Care Professional located in the Kennesaw area. Care Professionals are responsible for providing personalized care and companionship to older adults, ensuring their safety, well‑being, and comfort. Daily tasks may include assistance with personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and engaging in meaningful activities to enhance clients' quality of life. As part of the Home Instead team, you will play a vital role in making a positive difference in the lives of seniors and their families.

Qualifications
  • Experience in personal care assistance, such as bathing, grooming, and hygiene support
  • Skills in household management, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands
  • Effective communication and active listening skills to provide companionship and emotional support
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping older adults maintain their independence
  • Basic knowledge of medication management and providing reminders
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and adapt to clients' needs
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
  • Previous caregiving experience or certification (e.g., CNA) is a plus
