Location: Based out of an office in Kennesaw office, serving the Northwest Atlanta territory.
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
5–8 patients per day
- Home Care Home Base
- OASIS documentation
- Territory:
Up to 75-mile radius from home clinic - Average travel: 30–40 miles per day
- Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate (between patient homes)
- On-call rotation:
Approximately 1 week every 3–6 weeks (5 PM – 8 AM) No guaranteed hours; potential to float for additional census if needed
