We're looking for a Recruitment & HR Coordinator who is ready to help us grow with intention. This role is more than posting jobs and scheduling interviews

You'll be a key player on our People Team and a trusted partner to leaders across the organization.
What You'll Own Talent Acquisition That Makes an ImpactYou won't just fill roles
-you'll shape the future workforce.
Lead full-cycle recruiting for both field and office positions
Create innovative sourcing strategies across multiple regions
Partner with leaders to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting with business goals
Use data and analytics to continuously improve hiring outcomes
We're serious about long-term pipeline development- and you'll lead the charge.
Build strong partnerships with trade schools, colleges, and universities
Represent us at career fairs and networking events with confidence and energy
Design, launch, and grow a structured internship program
Create meaningful internship experiences with mentorship, project work, and measurable outcomes
Track intern-to-full-time conversion rates and refine the program for maximum impact
As part of the People Team, you'll help ensure every employee's journey starts strong.
Deliver engaging new hire orientations
Ensure seamless onboarding and compliance
Support benefits administration and employee communications
Assist with employee relations and engagement initiatives
Contribute to training programs, policy development, and culture-building projects
2+ years of recruiting experience within construction or skilled trades
Experience with campus recruiting or early talent strategies
Comfortable analyzing recruiting metrics and adjusting strategy accordingly
Skilled in ATS, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities
A natural relationship-builder who can connect with executives, field employees, students, and community partners alike
Trusted to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Occasional overnight travel required.
