A leading U.S. consumer finance business is hiring a Credit Strategy and Data Science to sit at the intersection of credit risk, servicing strategy, advanced analytics, and AI
.
This is a hands‑on leadership role (30–40% IC) where you’ll lead the design and deployment of machine learning models
, create an AI roadmap, shape customer treatment and servicing strategies
, and partner closely with senior leaders across Operations, Risk, Finance, Legal, and Technology
.
You’ll initially operate as a senior IC, then build and mentor a high‑performing analytics team
, owning everything from champion/challenger testing and portfolio segmentation to GenAI/LLM experimentation in a real production environment.
- Genuine ownership of portfolio & servicing strategy
- Advanced modeling focus (Python, SQL, ML, XGBoost, regression)
- Visible impact on loss, customer outcomes & operations
- Backing of a highly data‑driven, values‑led organisation
- Strong compensation + relocation support
- 8–12+ years in analytics / data science / credit strategy
- Proven people leadership
- Credit, servicing, automotive or consumer finance experience a plus
