Responsibilities
  • Support:
    Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot computer and software issues.
  • Hardware and Software Troubleshooting:
    Identify and resolve computer hardware and software problems.
  • Workstation Setup:
    Set up and install workstations for new employees.
  • Computer Literacy Training:
    Train staff on basic computer skills.
  • Equipment Inspection:
    Perform routine inspections of computer equipment.
  • Software Updates:
    Keep computer software and operating systems up to date.
Qualifications
  • Technical Aptitude:
    Basic understanding of computer hardware and software. SQL experience is a big plus.
  • Problem-Solving

    Skills:

    Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Attention to Detail:
    Ensure accurate setup and configuration of workstations.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
  • Team Player:
    Collaborate with colleagues to provide excellent support.
