This senior technical lead role provides advanced leadership and hands‑on expertise in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise automation and integration solutions across multiple platforms and business processes.
Responsibilities- Provide architectural and technical guidance on enterprise automation and integration strategies, platform direction, and solution design aligned with institutional goals.
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and operational support of enterprise automation and integration solutions across workflows, APIs, data platforms, and systems.
- Serve as the senior hands‑on technical lead for complex initiatives, defining technical approaches, development standards, and solution quality.
- Design, build, and support business process automation, robotic process automation, and workflow orchestration using platforms such as Power Automate, UiPath, or similar tools.
- Design, develop, and maintain API‑based integrations, connectors, and orchestration flows using iPaaS and middleware platforms such as Mule Soft, Boomi, Snap Logic, or Azure services.
- Develop and support integrations between enterprise applications, databases, cloud platforms, and on‑premises systems using APIs, events, messaging, and file‑based exchanges.
- Collaborate with data teams to integrate automation services with enterprise data platforms and analytics environments including Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Oracle, and SQL Server.
- Lead technical solutioning for automation and integration involving ERP, CRM, SIS, identity management, document systems, collaboration platforms, and related enterprise technologies.
- Translate business requirements and process inefficiencies into secure, scalable, supportable, and reusable automation and integration solutions.
- Establish and enforce reusable integration patterns, coding standards, documentation practices, and technical best practices for automation and integration delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex automation, orchestration, API, and integration issues and lead resolution efforts across platforms, teams, and vendors.
- Support platform performance, resiliency, security controls, lifecycle management, and compliance requirements for automation and integration services.
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education.

Required Qualifications:
Current, valid and unrestricted driver’s license. - Required Experience: Eight (8) years of experience in enterprise automation, systems integration, and/or related IT disciplines.
- Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Microsoft Azure Integration Services, UiPath Advanced RPA Developer, Mule Soft Certified Integration Architect, Boomi Certification.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree from an accredited institution. - Preferred Experience: Experience in higher education IT environments supporting enterprise‑wide platforms and services; experience with AI‑enabled automation including document processing, OCR, decisioning, process mining, or intelligent workflow orchestration; experience designing integrations with Workday Finance, Workday HCM, and Workday Student.
