Job OverviewJoin our team as an AI Risk Management Security Architect
, a pivotal role that focuses on ensuring the secure integration of Generative AI across our organization. As a strategic partner to business and IT leaders, you will streamline security reviews, shape AI governance frameworks, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. This position uniquely combines deep domain expertise in cybersecurity with a proactive understanding of AI risk management, enabling our organization to innovate with confidence and security.
Responsibilities
Assess and review Generative AI implementations, identifying risks and ensuring adherence to policies, standards, and regulations.
Design and apply security controls that align IT systems with business objectives, focusing on AI-centric risks.
Develop and utilize AI risk models in accordance with NIST AI RMF
, ISO/IEC 42001
, and other relevant frameworks.Integrate AI risk considerations into governance processes, leading reviews of AI and emerging technologies.
Implement threat modeling techniques, including the OWASP Top 10 for LLMs
, to uncover and mitigate specific AI risks.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as engineering, data science, and compliance to embed security into AI solution design and operation.
Continuously monitor trends in AI governance, security standards, and best practices in enterprise risk management.
Strong understanding of AI risk management principles, with familiarity in NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001
.Experience in information security, with a proven track record in assessing and implementing security controls across IT and cloud infrastructures.
Knowledge of AI threat models, including the OWASP LLM Top 10
, and strategies for risk mitigation.Solid grasp of cybersecurity fundamentals, IT risk, and enterprise governance.
Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to articulate technical risks in business‑relevant terms.
Certifications such as CISSP
, CISA
, CISM
, or pertinent AI governance credentials (e.g., ISACA AI Governance).
Hands‑on experience with AI platforms, including:
Azure OpenAI Services – implementation and governance.
AWS Bedrock – model evaluation and integration.
Google Cloud Vertex AI – security in deployment within enterprise settings.
Microsoft Copilot – risks associated with integration patterns.
Experienced in cloud security best practices and managing enterprise risk.
Background in architecting or operationalizing AI governance programs
.
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across both technical and business domains.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking capabilities.
A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach.
