Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Technology Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team and lead the BYOD Threat Elimination project. The role requires strong experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering complex technology initiatives across multiple teams and a proven ability to manage risks, align stakeholders, ensure compliance, and deliver outcomes on time and within scope and budget. This position is onsite with a July/August start.
GLIDER assessment be required.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined project deliverables across multiple teams.
- Facilitate delivery routines, including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments to maintain schedule and scope.
- Promote communication and collaboration across organizations to meet timelines.
- Provide end-to-end visibility into delivery health, including status, risks, issues, and schedule updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Align execution to requirements by working with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards.
- Support resource planning and coordination for delivery and execution.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5-7 years leading large, complex technology projects and programs.
- Experience in process design and in gathering and analyzing user and system requirements.
- Proven ability to manage deliverables, timelines, project plans, status reporting, and metrics/KOIs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Process design and documentation expertise with tools such as JIRA and Remedy.
- Strong presentation skills and general knowledge of systems architecture.
