Overview We are seeking a hands‑on IT Support Specialist to provide end‑user support across desktop, mobile, and enterprise environments. This role combines customer‑facing support, technical troubleshooting, and cross‑team coordination to ensure seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front‑line support by handling incoming calls and walk‑in requests, delivering timely assistance to end users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices within Windows and Microsoft environments
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and device performance
  • Document incidents, updates, and resolutions within ticketing systems, ensuring clear communication with end users
  • Communicate ticket status and provide ongoing updates to users throughout the resolution process
  • Collaborate with Domain Services, Server/Storage, and Network teams to resolve escalated or complex issues
Technical Responsibilities
  • Support Windows and macOS environments (including Windows 7/8.1 and macOS systems)
  • Configure and troubleshoot mobile devices, including iPads, iPhones, Android devices, and Microsoft Surface tablets
  • Install, configure, and support local and networked printers, copiers, and scanners (HP preferred)
  • Set up and support virtual meetings using tools such as Adobe Connect
  • Image, deploy, and reimage laptops and desktops using tools such as SCCM and Symantec Ghost
Qualifications
  • Experience providing end‑user support in a corporate or enterprise environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, operating systems, and Microsoft technologies
  • Familiarity with mobile device configuration and support
  • Experience using ticketing systems for documentation and issue tracking
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in a structured ITIL or service desk environment
  • Exposure to enterprise infrastructure teams (network, server, or domain services)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced setting

Job Type & Location – This is a Contract position based out of Kennesaw, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
