IT Project Manager, Project & Program Management
The Manager, Deployment Operations leads the successful deployment, implementation, and fulfillment of payment solutions across North America. This role oversees deployment projects, dropship operations, and a team of deployment professionals to ensure efficient execution, on-tim e delivery, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team responsible for deployment and fulfillment operations.
- Manage end-to-end deployment projects, ensuring priorities, timelines, and client expectations are met.
- Oversee deployment, dropship, and fulfillment activities to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Technical Support, Product, and Logistics.
- Identify and resolve risks, bottlenecks, and operational challenges before they impact delivery.
- Track project progress, allocate resources, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure payment solutions are configured, tested, and deployed according to client and company requirements.
- Drive continuous process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
- Monitor operational metrics and recommend workflow improvements.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Information Technology, Operations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in deployment, implementation, operations, project management, or related leadership roles.
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with payment technology, POS systems, fulfillment, or logistics
