- 15 years of IT experience, including 10 years in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, and Analytics
- 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience (Mandatory) covering Lakehouse, One Lake, Data Pipelines, Delta Tables, SQL Database/Warehouse, and Medallion Architecture
- 8+ years of Azure Data Platform and Cloud Architecture experience, including integration, governance, security, scalability, and performance optimization
- 8+ years of hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience including Pipelines, Lakehouse, One Lake, Delta Tables, SQL Database/Warehouse, and Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold)
- 10+ years of Azure Cloud Architecture experience, including data integration, governance, security, scalability, and performance optimization
- 8+ years of hands-on SQL and Python development experience;
Data Quality, Data Governance, Reconciliation, and Intake Control frameworks - 10+ years of experience designing enterprise data platforms and layered architectures (Raw, Standardized, Curated)
- 5+ years of experience designing historical data retention and auditability solutions, including record versioning, change tracking, SCD Type 2, and full history preservation
- 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), record matching, deduplication, entity resolution, and survivorship rules.
- 3+ years of experience with Azure AI Document Intelligence (Form Recognizer) or equivalent document extraction solutions
- 5+ years of experience designing HIPAA/PHI-compliant healthcare data platforms, including privacy, retention, residency, and access controls.
- Strong client-facing architecture leadership experience, serving as the primary technical authority and driving architecture, design, and implementation decisions
